Ghee <br />1 tsp. Cumin seeds <br />1 tsp. Ginger-Chilli paste <br />2 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed <br />1 tsp. Rock salt <br />1 cup Curd <br />1 tsp. Sugar <br />2 tsp. Amaranth Grain Flour (Rajgira Flour) <br />1 cup Water <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Melt ghee in a pan and saute cumin seeds, ginger-chilli paste, potatoes, rock salt in it and mix well. <br />- In a bowl whisk together curd, sugar, amaranth grain flour and water. <br />- Pour this mixture into the pan and stir lightly and bring to a boil. <br />- Transfer to a bowl and serve piping hot! <br /> <br />Potato Kadhi is ready to eat!
